You will also learn the various methodologies to set, track, and reach performance management goals for employees, which will, in turn, help a business to reach its objectives.

You will learn how a human resources department can go about advocating a company culture of nurturing employees and ensuring buy-in and job-satisfaction, and the massive impact this can have on organisational productivity.
